Rules & settings

Sign-up

  • A team is made up of the team captain (coach) and 2 players.
  • To be a captain you must be above 1900 ELO on the TST Leaderboard. To be a player you must be below it.

Format

  • Matches are played with a 1500 point limit.
  • Teams are seeded into lobbies to play a set (round of matches) and gain set points based on placement (4 / 2 / 1 / 0).
  • If there is an uneven number of teams, unseeded teams rest for that set and gain 1 set point. A team rests only once for the whole event.
  • After each set, teams are seeded again based on set points (highest to lowest).
  • After an established number of rounds (based on how many teams sign up), a final match is played between the teams with the most set points.

Moderation

  • In the event of ties, individual scores are taken into account — screenshot the scoreboard at the "Match Winner" text.
  • Teams may use substitute players (who must still follow the ELO threshold rule). Once a player joins a team as a substitute, they cannot play for any other team in the event.
